More ways to become part of our community
Join Ballet Co.Laboratory's Board of Directors
The Board of Directors at Ballet Co.Laboratory is the most vital philanthropic volunteer position at Ballet Co.Laboratory. These community members work to maintain sound, ethical, legal governance and financial management policies, in addition to ensuring Ballet Co.Laboratory has the adequate financial resources needed to advance our mission. A good fit for this volunteer position are individuals who have a strong affinity for the organization's mission and vision, and have skills in fundraising, networking, finances, marketing/communications, education, law, or human resources. Contact Rachel Koep for more details rkoep@balletcolaboratory.org.
Join Ballet Co.Laboratory's Benefit Committee
Ballet Co.Laboratory's Benefit Committee works together to help plan and promote our annual benefit performance and celebration — typically held each season in October. These volunteers focus on creative ways to raise money, sell tickets, and partner with local businesses. A good fit for this volunteer position are individuals who enjoy taking ownership of a project, are comfortable being connectors, and like to have fun! Contact Rachel Koep for more details rkoep@balletcolaboratory.org.
Volunteer at Performances and Events
We could not make Ballet Co.Laboratory productions magical without our community volunteers. What better way to get a sneak peek of all the behind-the-scenes action than by volunteering?! Volunteer jobs range from costume and prop transportation to chaperoning dancers backstage during technical rehearsals and performances to selling merchandise in the lobby. A good fit for this volunteer position are individuals who enjoy working with others, assisting young dancers, and problem solving in the moment. Contact Grace Lennon for more details glennon@balletcolaboratory.org.
