Young Dancer Classes and Sessions



Young dancers can start to develop their dancing brain at any age! Join your dancer in Family Dance or allow them to explore the studio with other young dancers in Creative Movement and other Beginning Ballet classes!

family dance ⎪ Ages 2-4 + parent/guardian

A 45-minutes class held in sessions for parents and their young dancer to explore movement together. Parents and dancers may wear any clothing they feel comfortable moving in. Parents and dancers may be barefoot. 6-week session.

SUPERHERO CAMP ⎪ AGES 4-6

Spend a week being a superhero! Students will make their very own superhero mask and learn to dance in creative ways.

DISNEY CAMP ⎪ AGES 4-6

Visit with all of your favorite characters! Students will spend their morning making crafts, acting stories and learning about time, space and speed through movement.

BALLET TECHNIQUE LABORATORY ⎪ AGES 6-9

A 60-minute class held twice a week for three week that introduces dancers ages 6-9 to ballet. Dancers will focus on ballet positions, proper alignment and musicality. Dancers may wear leotard and tights or any clothing they feel comfortable moving in. Dancers should wear ballet flat shoes. Dancers from this class may matriculate into the Pre-Professional Program in Fall 2019.
