MerSadies McCoy  began to pursue Dance as a passion at the age of 12. In high school she trained intensively  by day at Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists and as a  scholarship student with TU Dance Center at night.  She graduated in  May 2017 with her Bachelor in Fine Arts degree from SUNY Purchase College in New York, where she was a Dance scholarship recipient, campus leader and peer advocate devoted to community building.

Since graduation MerSadies received her Yoga Certification followed by three seasons with TU Dance Company where she had the opportunity to tour and perform for prestigious choreographers and indie/alt music sensation Bon Iver. During the pandemic MerSadies faced countless hardships and set backs that motivated her even more to finally start her own Yoga business and as well as lending her  gifts and services to up and coming  Small Black Business all over the Twin Cites.
