Eliana Konechne Redfield

Apprentice Artist & Outreach Assistant

Eliana Konechne Redfield (she/her) grew up in the Twin Cities, where she trained at Midwest Youth Dance Theater in Roseville, MN. In 2022, she joined Ballet Co Laboratory as a Trainee, where she has had the opportunity to perform in works such as The Snow Queen, Dirty Dancing, The Wild Rumpus, Kitchen Dances, and Carmen in the 1920's. 

Other highlights of her performance career have included Zoé Emilie Henrot's Nutcracker In Wonderland and Freddie: Break Free, and Genevieve Waterbury's Emily Dickinson: The Untold Verse. Eliana joins Ballet Co.Laboratory as an Apprentice Artist and Outreach Assistant for the 2026/27 season. 

She is thrilled to have the opportunity to dance alongside wonderful people and to continue shaping the dance world into a more widely inclusive and accessible place where everyone has a voice, and a home.
