Ella Bursch

Teaching Assistant

Ella Bursch (she/her) is from Minneapolis, Minnesota. She began her dance training at Ballet Minnesota’s Classical Ballet Academy and attended summer intensives at Ballet Austin and Utah Ballet. Ella spent two years as a Trainee with Ballet Co.Laboratory before attending Butler University, where she graduated in spring 2025 with a BFA in Dance Performance and a Psychology minor. She has performed in works including Giselle, Swan Lake, Cinderella, The Nutcracker, An American in Paris, and as a guest artist in Ballet Co.Laboratory’s Carmen. Throughout her education, she has been featured in original works by faculty and peers, as well as creating choreography of her own. Ella’s training includes ballet, modern, jazz, character, partnering, improvisation, and pedagogy (Ballet and Jazz).
