Ballet Co.Laboratory's Junior Performance Ensemble is for dancers looking for performance experiences and high level training. Ensemble dancers serve as ambassadors of Ballet Co.Laboratory as we work to make the art form more accessible to our community.
Two sessions are offered throughout the year. Dancers may take one or both sessions. Junior Performance Ensemble members will perform in the productions listed below.
Drop-In classes are included in tuition costs throughout dates of Junior Performance Ensemble sessions.

Dancers must be between the ages of 18-30 and have 4+ years pointe experience.
Dancers are selected for the Junior Performance Ensemble via audition or invitation.
Dancers in the Junior Performance Ensemble must commit to all classes and rehearsals within each session of the Ensemble they are registered.

Choreographer mentorship program
This program was developed to give aspiring choreographers the opportunity to create and set work on the Junior Performance Ensemble. Artists interested in this program must complete an application. If selected, the artist will set the new work during the fall session of Junior Performance Ensemble. The work will be performed in Ignite: Emerging Choreographer Showcase.
