Tuition paid on the 1st of a month is tuition paid for that month (for example, Tuition payment on February 1st is paying for February’s Tuition).

If a dancer decides to cancel/pause the program, a written notice must be submitted to the School Manager (Anna Betz, abetz@balletcolaboratory.org) 30 days prior to the next tuition payment date (i.e. if your monthly tuition payment is due on the 1st of April and you submit a written cancellation notice on March 20th, your April Tuition will still be processed on 4/1 and any subsequent payments would discontinue.) All tuition payments, once paid, are non-refundable.

Recreational Program Performance Opportunities

All Recreational Students at the School of Ballet Co.Laboratory have the opportunity to perform in Laboratory II and Winter/Spring Showcase productions. Recreational Students will have one hour of rehearsal every week. Students must prioritize attending rehearsal to make the performances a success. Some additional, external Full Scene and Full Cast Rehearsals will be required. There will be a Performance Fee for each performance that helps defray the cost of costume construction, tailoring, and cleaning. This fee will be between $60-70 per performance. Late submissions of Performance Agreements and Fees will result in a $10 late fee.

*Recreational Dancers participating in the Laboratory II Performance will be folded into the cast as corps dancers.
