ABOUT OUR SCHOLARSHIP & MONTHLY PAYMENT PROGRAM
The School of Ballet Co.Laboratory offers need-based scholarships or payment programs to students each year. These scholarships are awarded based on financial need, the interest and dedication of the student, and the availability of funding. Full tuition coverage is not available. Students must be attend dance classes full time at The School of Ballet Co.Laboratory only.
All scholarship and monthly payment recipients are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects Ballet Co.Laboratory’s principles and values.
Scholarship recipients’ families will be required to fill a Work Exchange position (a minimum of 35 hours per year). Work Exchange positions will be assigned based on best fit by School Programming Associate.
Monthly Payment recipients must pay tuition on the 1st of every month September 2026 - May 2027.
THE APPLICATION
New students will be asked to submit some video with their application for the Scholarship Committee to view.
Students who have been enrolled in The School of Ballet Co.Laboratory do not need to include a video with their application.

The deadline to submit complete scholarship applications is August 15, 2026. Your application will be considered “complete” once you have submitted your video and filled out the form in the link below. Final decisions will be communicated through email by August 22, 2026.
The deadline to submit monthly payment applications for the start of the new School Year is August 16, 2026. After September, monthly payment applications will be considered on a rolling basis requiring 7 days for the School Manager to review.
There is a mandatory School Orientation on Monday, September 8, 2026. Fall semester classes begin September 9, 2026.
Full year scholarship recipients’ families will be required to fill a yearlong Volunteer position.
Some of these Volunteer positions are during performances, others are weekly at the studio.
Lead volunteer duties may be distributed between more than one family member.
