ADULT & TEEN BALLET FUNDAMENTALS 1 SESSION | Ages 14+
Learn ballet at any age! This 8-week Ballet Fundamentals Session will teach students the basic steps of ballet, how combinations in class are built and the history and roots of ballet terminology. No ballet or dance experience necessary!

ADULT & TEEN BALLET FUNDAMENTALS 2 SESSION | Ages 14+
A 4-week session meant to give recent Adult Ballet Fundamentals 1 graduates the skills and confidence to enter our Drop-In Beginning Adult classes. Students will focus on class cadence, integrating multiple steps into combinations and stamina.

ADULT & TEEN SUMMER WORKSHOP | Ages 16+
A 3-week session with classes and rehearsal three times a week for adults and teens that want to dive into their training. This workshop includes ballet technique, pointe, variations & corps de ballet repertoire from Don Quixote and contemporary ballet. This class is geared towards dancers who have been studying ballet for at least two years. Repertoire can be learned on flat shoe or pointe shoes.
