Beginning Ballet
In this class, dancers begin exploring the fundamentals of ballet technique and have an opportunity to perform twice each season with the professional Company Artists of Ballet Co.Laboratory. Dancers will learn the basic stance and placement for ballet technique and start to translate this into exercises at the barre, center, and across the floor. This class focuses on the connection of music and movement. 1 hour per week, repertoire outside of class time.
